Come-and-try day.

Yesterday was 'Come-and-try' day.
We had a good turn-up of members and a few tryers.

We had two simulators running and quite a few people try them out.

This young bloke came back for more after two good flights outside with Chippy.

A good day despite the wind.

Digging the dirt

 Lots of work on Wednesday, trenching for the new water-bore power and water pipes. The usual suspects were hard at work.

The new bore pump is a real game-changer. Lots more work to come to finish it.

Working

Guttering has now been installed on the shelter thanks to hard work by Dave, Ian and Rob plus others.  The drain installation is nothing less than a piece of art.

Another Day

 Sunday was a pleasant day though still very wet underfoot.

A highlight was the re-appearance of Ian's lovely CUB.
It has undergone a complete repaint to what Ian said is the CORRECT colour.

Still Here!

 Yes, it's been a long time between updates.

Had lots of wet weather, mud and puddles everywhere, but yesterday, Sunday 24th was excellent as was last Wednesday, so a good crowd enjoyed great flying and a sausage sizzle, then more flying.

Doesn't get much better than that.

Hopefully, much more like this soon.
